These general terms apply to use of the Qry website and early Cloud service. A signed order, subscription agreement, or other written agreement may replace or supplement them for a particular customer.
Use of the service
You may use Qry only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your agreement. Keep account credentials and API keys confidential, use least-privilege access, and do not attempt to bypass limits, access another workspace, or interfere with the service.
Customer data
You retain your rights in data you submit. You are responsible for the data, models, credentials, permissions, notices, and legal bases required for your use of Qry. Do not submit data you are not authorized to process.
Early product disclaimer
Qry Cloud is an early product and may change during the MVP and design-partner period. Features, limits, availability, and documentation may change. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, the service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property
Qry and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, documentation, and site. These terms grant only the limited rights needed to use the service.
