Information we collect
We may collect contact and account information, workspace and product-usage information, support communications, and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and security events.
Customer data
When Qry processes data submitted to the Cloud service on a customer’s instructions, the customer generally determines the purposes and means of that processing. The customer is responsible for deciding what data to publish and for providing any required notices and legal bases. A separate data processing addendum may apply to production customer data.
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the service; communicate with customers and people who request access; prevent abuse; and comply with law. We do not sell customer data.
Service providers and transfers
We use infrastructure and service providers to operate Qry. Their access is limited to what is needed for the service and subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Contact us for the current subprocessor list and applicable transfer details.
Retention and requests
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above, contractual obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. To request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, email christophergdavis@gmail.com.
